Termination by Chief Executive. The Chief Executive may terminate this Agreement at any time [before its expiry] by giving not less than three months’ written notice to the Board.
Termination by Chief Executive. 9.1 The Officer’s appointment to the Position and this Contract may be terminated by signed notice from the Chief Executive specifying a termination date at least 2 weeks after the date the notice is given to the Officer.
9.2 A notice under clause 9.1 does not need to provide reasons for the termination.
