Common use of Termination by Company Without Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by Company Without Cause. The Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and Employee’s employment hereunder at any time without Cause and/or without the occurrence of Employee’s death or Disability upon thirty (30) days written notice to Employee. The effective date of such termination shall be after the completion of the thirty (30) day notice period.
