Common use of Termination by Consultant Clause in Contracts

Termination by Consultant. Consultant may terminate this Agreement upon not less than ninety (90) days written notice to Company, in which case, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of termination, and the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreement.

Termination by Consultant. Consultant may terminate this Agreement upon not less than ninety (90) without cause at any time, with termination effective 30 days after Consultant’s delivery to the Company of written notice to Company, in which case, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of termination for convenience. Upon such termination, and the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreementpay any hourly fees and expenses according to the terms in subparagraph (b) above.

Termination by Consultant. Consultant may terminate this Agreement without cause at any time, with termination effective upon not less than ninety (90) days mutually agreed upon terms upon Company’s delivery to Consultant of written notice to Company, in which case, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of termination, and the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreement.

Termination by Consultant. The Consultant may terminate this Agreement his engagement hereunder at any time upon not less than ninety giving xxxxxx (90) days written days’ notice in writing to the Company, in which case, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of termination, and the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreement.

Termination by Consultant. Consultant may terminate this Agreement upon not less than at any time, with such termination effective ninety (90) days after Consultant's delivery to Company of written notice to Company, in which of termination. In such case, no further payments under this Agreement shall be made to Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of termination, and by the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreementother than Consulting Fees accrued through the termination date and reimbursement for any expenses incurred by Consultant through the termination date.

Termination by Consultant. Consultant may terminate his services under this Agreement upon not less than ninety (90) days at any time by giving the Company written notice of such termination at least two weeks prior to Company, in which case, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of such termination, and the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreement.

Termination by Consultant. Consultant may terminate this Agreement his engagement for any reason whatsoever upon not less than ninety (90) days days' prior written notice to the Company, in which case, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of termination, and the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreement.

Termination by Consultant. Consultant may terminate this Agreement upon not less than ninety (90) for any reason whatsoever by giving 10 calendar days prior written notice of termination to the Company, in which case, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of termination, and the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreement.

Termination by Consultant. Consultant may terminate this Agreement ------------------------- for any reason upon not less than ninety sixty (9060) days written days' notice of termination to Company; provided, in which casehowever, if Consultant commences full-time employment with a new employer, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of Consultant's effective date of termination, and the Company shall be deemed to have no further obligation under immediately terminated this Agreement.

Termination by Consultant. Except during the initial ninety (90) day period of this Agreement, Consultant may terminate this Agreement upon Agreement, effective not less earlier than ninety fifteen (9015) days written after the Company receives Consultant's notice to Company, in which caseof such termination. On such termination by Consultant, Consultant shall receive payments due hereunder up until the time of be entitled only to Consultant's effective fee hereunder to the date of such termination, and the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreementnot be entitled to any other compensation, including, without limitation, any severance compensation.
