Termination by Contracting Authority for convenience. The Contracting Authority may terminate the contract in whole or in part for its convenience, upon not less than 14 days’ notice. The Contracting Authority shall not use this right of termination in order to arrange for the services to be executed by another contractor, or to avoid a termination of the contract by the Contractor.
