Common use of Termination by Corporation Clause in Contracts

Termination by Corporation. 5.1 If the Executive's employment is terminated by the Corporation within the twelve (12) month period following the Effective Date, for reason other than Just Cause, death or Disability, the Corporation shall pay to the Executive the remuneration referred to in Article 7 of this Restated Agreement.
