Common use of Termination by Council for Convenience Clause in Contracts

Termination by Council for Convenience. The Council may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing the Subrecipient written notice of such termination at least 30 calendar days prior to the effective date of the termination. Upon termination the Subrecipient will be entitled to compensation for eligible Workscope Activities expenses which were incurred prior to the effective date of the termination, but not exceeding the limits in Sections 3.01 and 3.02.
