Termination by Customer for Excessive Launch. Postponements Customer may terminate a Launch Service under this Contract if: Contractor has actually postponed, or provided notice of postponement of such Launch Service under Article 7 entitled “Launch Schedule Adjustments” or a postponement has been attributed to Contractor under Paragraph 10.3 for longer than the aggregate period of permissible postponements under said Article.
