Common use of Termination by Employee with Notice Clause in Contracts

Termination by Employee with Notice. Employee may terminate this Agreement without liability to Employer arising from the resignation of Employee upon a three (3) month written notice to Employer. Employer retains the right after proper notice of Employee's voluntary termination to require Employee to cease employment immediately. During such notice period, Employee shall provide such consulting services to Employer as Employer may reasonably request and shall assist Employer in training his successor and generally managing an orderly transition.

Termination by Employee with Notice. Employee may terminate this Agreement without liability to Employer arising from the resignation of Employee upon a three one (31) month year written notice to Employer. Employer retains the right after proper notice of Employee's voluntary termination to require Employee to cease employment immediately; provided, however, in such event, Employer shall remain obligated to pay Employee his salary during the one (1) year notice period or the remaining term of this Agreement, whichever is less. During such one (1) year notice period, Employee shall provide such consulting services to Employer as Employer may reasonably request and shall assist Employer in training his successor and generally managing an orderly transition.such

Employee may terminate this Agreement without liability to Employer arising from the resignation of Employee upon a three six (36) month months written notice to Employer. Employer retains the right after proper notice of Employee's voluntary termination to require Employee to cease employment immediately; provided, however, in such event, Employer shall remain obligated to pay Employee his salary during the six (6) months notice period. During such six (6) months notice period, Employee shall provide such consulting services to Employer as Employer may reasonably request and shall assist Employer in training his successor and generally managing preparing for an orderly transition.
