Common use of Termination by Licensee Clause in Contracts

Termination by Licensee. 13.1 The Licensee has the right at any time to terminate this Agreement in whole or as to any portion of Regents’ Patent Rights by giving notice in writing to The Regents. Notice of termination will be subject to Article 21 (Notices) and termination of this Agreement will be effective sixty (60) days from the effective date of notice. 13.2 Any termination under the above paragraph does not relieve the Licensee of any obligation or liability accrued under this Agreement prior to termination or rescind any payment made to The Regents or anything done by Licensee prior to the time termination becomes effective.
