Common use of Termination by Manager Clause in Contracts

Termination by Manager. In the event that (i) Owner fails to make any payment when due under this Agreement and such default is not cured within five (5) days after notice thereof or (ii) Owner otherwise fails to observe any other term, covenant or condition set forth in this Agreement and such failure continues for a period of fifteen (15) days after written notice thereof, then (in either such case) Manager may immediately terminate this Agreement upon written notice thereof to Owner.

Termination by Manager. In This Agreement may be terminated by the event that (i) Owner fails Manager under the following circumstances: i. A failure to make pay any payment when amount due under this Agreement and hereunder if such default is not cured within five (5) days after written notice thereof of default to the Operator; ii. In the event the Operator breaches any representation, warranty or (ii) Owner otherwise fails to observe any other termcovenant herein, covenant or condition set forth in this Agreement and such failure continues for a period of breach has not been cured within fifteen (15) days after written notice thereof, then (in either such case) Manager may immediately terminate this Agreement upon written notice thereof to Owner.of breach by the Manager;
