Termination by Notice BUYER may terminate this Contract, effective as of the end of the Initial Term or any subsequent Contract Year, by giving written notice to the SELLER at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of such Initial Term or subsequent Contract Year. Specifically, said written notice is due on or before July 2 of the then-current Contract Year. SELLER may terminate this Contract, effective as of the end of the Initial Term or any subsequent Contract Year, by giving written notice to the BUYER at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the end of such Initial Term or subsequent Contract Year. Specifically, said written notice is due on or before March 4 of the then-current Contract Year.
