Termination by PatentBook Administrator. The PatentBook Administrator may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) Days' written notice to the Subscriber (Licensee) in the event that the Subscriber (Licensee) fails to perform to the satisfaction of the PatentBook Administrator any material obligation under this Agreement and that such default is not remedied within thirty (30) Days after written notice specifying in reasonable detail the nature of the default.
