Common use of Termination by Resignation Clause in Contracts

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.2, below, Executive’s 's employment and the Company’s 's obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s 's provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s 's resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon except as provided in Section 3.2(b), below, when Executive voluntarily terminates Executive’s provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company other than with Good Reason (as described in Section 3.1(e), below), with ninety (90) days’ prior notice, or at such other earlier time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automaticallyautomatically (except as provided in Section 3.2(b), effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s resignation from below), when Executive voluntarily terminates his employment with the Company Company, with ninety (90) days’ prior notice, or at such other earlier time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section Paragraph 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and all of the Company’s obligations under this Agreement (except as provided in Section 10.5, below, and as required by law) shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Company President and/or CEO of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties parties following the provision of such notice.

Subject to Section 3.24.2, below, ExecutiveEmployee’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon ExecutiveEmployee’s provision of written notice to the Company of ExecutiveEmployee’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Subject to Section 3.2Paragraph 5(b)(ii), below, ExecutiveEmployee’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon ExecutiveEmployee’s provision of written notice to the Company of ExecutiveEmployee’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.25.2(a), below, Executive’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between prior to the Parties following the provision of such noticeTransition Date.

Subject to Section Paragraph 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and all of the Company’s obligations under this Agreement (except as provided in Section 10.5, below, and as required by law) shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Company of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.2Paragraph 3.2(b), below, Executive’s Employee's employment and the Company’s 's obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s Employee's provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s Employee's resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon following Executive’s provision of at least 120 calendar days’ written notice to the Company of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company Company, or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section 3.2Paragraph 1.2, below, Executive’s employment and all of the Company’s obligations under this Agreement (except as provided in Section 2.1, below, and as required by law) shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Company President and/or CEO of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice..

Subject to Section 3.2Paragraph 5(b)(ii), below, Executive’s Employee's employment and the Company’s 's obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s Employee's provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s Employee's resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Termination by Resignation. Subject to Section Paragraph 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Company Board of Executive’s resignation from employment with the Company or at such other time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.

Subject to Section 3.2, below, Executive’s employment and the Company’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate automatically, effective immediately upon Executive’s provision of written notice to the Company of Executive’s resignation from except as provided in Section 3.2(a), below, when Executive voluntarily terminates his employment with the Company other than with Good Reason (as described in Section 3.1(e), below), with ninety (90) days’ prior notice, or at such other earlier time as may be mutually agreed between the Parties following the provision of such notice.
