Common use of Termination by Resignation Clause in Contracts

Termination by Resignation. Executive may, in his discretion, terminate his employment with the Bank “By Resignation” at any time during the Employment Period, subject to the notification requirements set forth in Section 7 hereof. A termination “By Resignation” shall mean Executive’s termination of his employment for any reason other than a “Good Reason” as such term is defined in Section 5(b) hereof. Executive shall also be deemed to have resigned his employment with the Bank, and to have terminated his employment with the Bank By Resignation, if Executive’s employment with BFC is terminated during the Employment Period By Resignation in accordance with the requirements set forth in the BFC Agreement.
