Termination by Samsung. Samsung may immediately terminate your Subscription to the Program and the Agreement at any time if Samsung reasonably believes that:
Termination by Samsung. Samsung may terminate this Agreement or any Services Schedule for any reason upon thirty (30) days prior written notice. Upon receipt of such notice, HSNS will discontinue all Services set forth in the applicable Service terminated Services Schedule(s) up until the date of receipt of the termination notice pursuant to the terms of Section 3.2 herein.
