Common use of Termination by Sponsor Clause in Contracts

Termination by Sponsor. Sponsor may terminate this Agreement, terminate the conduct of the Trial under this Agreement, or terminate or suspend enrollment or randomization of Trial Participants for any reason upon at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to Institution and/or Investigator.
