TERMINATION BY SUBCONTRACTOR. If the Subcontract Subcontractor Work has been stopped for thirty (30) days because the Subcontractor has not received progress payments or has been abandoned or suspended for an unreasonable period of time not due to the fault or neglect of the Subcontractor, then Subcontractor may terminate this Agreement upon giving Contractor seven (7) day’s written notice.
