Common use of Termination by Supplier Clause in Contracts

Termination by Supplier. CO-9.4.1 If the Customer fails to pay the Supplier undisputed sums of money when due, the Supplier shall notify the Customer in writing of such failure to pay and allow the Customer five (5) calendar days to settle undisputed invoice. If the Customer fails to pay such undisputed sums within allotted additional 5 calendar days, the Supplier may terminate this Call-Off Agreement subject to giving the length of notice as specified in paragraph 10.1 of the Order Form.
