Common use of Termination by the Authority Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Authority. The Authority shall have the right to terminate this Framework Agreement, or to terminate the provisions of any part of the Framework Agreement at any time nine (9) Months after the Commencement Date by giving three (3) Months’ written notice to the Service Provider and all other Framework Service Providers. The Parties acknowledge that if the Authority exercises its rights under Clause 32 , it shall exercise its equivalent rights under all agreements with the Framework Service Providers.

The Parties acknowledge that if the Authority exercises its rights under this Clause 32 , 29.6 it shall exercise its equivalent rights under all agreements with the Services Framework Service Providers.
