Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive. (1) If (i) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause, or (ii) Executive voluntarily terminates Executive’s employment without Good Reason, then the Company shall pay to Executive his Accrued Compensation through the date Executive’s employment terminates within the time period permitted by applicable law.
