Termination by the Company Without Cause or by the Executive with Good Reason. If: (i) the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated during the Agreement Term (A) by the Company without Cause, or (B) by the Executive with Good Reason; and (ii) the Executive executes a Release and such Release is not timely revoked by Executive and becomes legally effective, as provided in Section 6(e); and (iii) the Executive continues to comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Release, then the Executive will be entitled to receive the following:
