Termination by the consortium or a partner. The consortium may terminate the framework agreement at any time by giving 90 (ninety) calendar days' written notice. Where he avails himself of that right, he must undertake to complete the implementation of any specific agreements which have entered into force before the date when termination of the framework agreement takes effect.
