TERMINATION BY THE CONSUMER. (a) To give TNB a notice in writing and shall be served by: (i) hand delivery; or (ii) way of prepaid registered post; or (iii) any applicable means which shall be determined by TNB. (b) Termination of this Contract shall be effective three (3) working days after TNB’s receipt of termination notice. (c) Notwithstanding to the above, in the event the actual disconnection cannot be performed by TNB due to inevitable causes, the Consumer shall be liable to pay all charges relating to the electricity consumed until the actual disconnection.
