TERMINATION BY THE CONSUMER. 13.2.1 The Consumer shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement at any time pursuant to the occurrence of an SPO Event of Default which is not rectified within the SPO Cure Period. 13.2.2 In case of termination pursuant to Clause 13.3.1, the Consumer shall be required to pay to the SPO within 10 (ten) days of termination an amount (“Termination Compensation”) as per SCHEDULE - III.
