If the Executive terminates this Agreement without Good Reason, the Executive is not entitled to any additional compensation or benefits other than his Accrued Benefit (as defined in Section 7(a) below).

If the Executive terminates this Agreement without notice for any reason that is not a Good Reason. In the event of any such termination, the Executive is shall be entitled to the payments and other terms applicable in the event of a termination for Cause pursuant to Section 3(c), and the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional further compensation or benefits other than his Accrued Benefit (as defined in Section 7(a) below)payments hereunder.
