Common use of Termination by the Parents Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Parents. Except when the Pupil is to leave at the end of the final Year of the School or clause 8.12 below applies, if the Parents wish to Withdraw the Pupil or Cancel and terminate this contract at any time or after the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period described in clause 8.7 above, if applicable, they shall do so either by: 8.8.1 providing at least one Xxxx's Written Notice. If the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Term's Written Notice the School shall retain the Acceptance Deposit; or 8.8.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. If the Parents Cancel by 9.8.1 providing at least one Term's Written Notice the School shall retain the Acceptance DepositNotice; or 8.8.2 9.8.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. The School reserves the right to offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. 9.8.3 The School shall retain the Acceptance Deposit if the Parents Cancel by giving more than one Term's Written Notice.

If the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Term's Written Notice the School shall retain the Acceptance Deposit; or 8.8.2 9.9.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. In circumstances where the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Xxxx's Written Notice, the School shall retain the Acceptance Deposit. The School reserves the right to offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Fees in lieu of Notice.

If the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Term's Written Notice the School shall retain the Acceptance DepositConfirmation Fee; or 8.8.2 9.8.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. The School reserves the right to offset the Additional DepositOverseas Confirmation Fee, if paid, against the Term's Fees in lieu of Notice.

Termination by the Parents. If the Parents parents Cancel by providing at least one Term's Term’s Written Notice the School shall retain the Acceptance Deposit; or 8.8.2 9.8.2 paying one Term's Term’s Fees in lieu of Notice. The School reserves the right to offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Term’s Fees in lieu of Notice.
