7.1 Medical declaration: Before the Pupil enters the School the Parents will be asked to complete a Medical Information and Consent Form concerning the Pupil's health and must inform the School Welfare Officer in writing if the Pupil develops any known medical condition, health problem or allergy, or will be unable to take part in games or sporting activities, or has been in contact with anyone with an infectious or contagious disease.
School's liability. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by the School, the School shall have no liability:
6.24.1 for any injury sustained by the Student or Parent; or
6.24.2 for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of the property of a Student or Parent.

7.2 Medical care: If a boarder, the Pupil must be registered on the list of the School Doctor while a pupil at the School. The Parents must comply with the School Doctor’s recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to her education guardian when she is unwell.
