Common use of Termination by the Resident Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Resident. Agreement termination by the Resident, with thirty (30) days minimum written prior notice will be approved for the following reasons: a. UCB non-student status due to withdrawal or termination of UCB affiliate status by Resident. b. Marriage of the Resident subsequent to the Agreement acceptance. c.
