Termination by the Resident. Resident may request termination of this Housing Contract by submitting a Contract Cancellation Request Form to Management. The Cancellation Request Form may be obtained from the Edgewood Commons Office. Said request will be processed and reviewed and the Housing Contract will only be terminated at the discretion of Management, provided that the request and supporting documentation is received prior to the end of the University’s Drop/Add period, as described in section 18, Terms of Financial Responsibility for Termination of Occupancy.
