Termination by the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager shall have the right, by giving one (1) day notice, unless such notice is waived by the recipient, as hereinafter specified to terminate this Agreement in its sole discretion at any time after the date of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 11(c), any outstanding Placement Notices shall also be terminated.
