Common use of Termination by the School District Clause in Contracts

Termination by the School District. The School District may, at its sole discretion, terminate all or a portion of the Services not then properly performed under this Agreement at any time with or without cause upon written notice to Consultant. All Instruments of Service shall thereupon become the property of the School District, and the School District shall indemnify and hold harmless the Consultant, its agents and employees, from any claims arising from the School District’s subsequent use of the Instruments of Service after termination.
