Termination by You Without Good Reason. You may terminate your employment under this Agreement without Good Reason (as defined below) by written notice to the Company effective thirty (30) days after receipt of such notice by the Company or at any time upon mutual agreement in writing. If you terminate your employment without Good Reason, you will be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts as provided in Section 5(b).
