Does not maintain full-time student status at Humber or University of Guelph-Humber. Under some circumstances, the Resident could be required to vacate the Residence building immediately, if the Resident’s conduct represents a risk to the safety, security or well-being of other Residents, as determined in the absolute discretion of the Residence Life Manager. Residents who are suspended from the residence as an interim measure will continue to be held responsible for their residence fees, regardless of the outcome of the related investigation or appeal. Residents who are evicted will be banned from entering all Humber Residence buildings and may not apply for Residence in future years.
