Termination Charge. If Continental exercises its rights to terminate all new and existing inforce reinsurance on unpaid policies as stipulated in Article II-3 an appropriate charge will be determined by, and paid to, Continental. Such termination charge will be equal to one prior year's premium on the unpaid policies measured from the date of termination.
Termination Charge. HTC and Customer agree that in consideration for termination, charges will be based on Term and Bundle Pricing referenced in Service Detail Pricing in correspondence with the Service Agreement and any applicable Addendums. In the event of termination of services prior to fulfilling term of Agreement by Customer (including temporary suspension of service) for any reason other than a breach of Agreement by HTC which has not been cured pursuant to 5.1 Termination, Customer agrees to pay A) $100 cancellation fee, B) fulfill remaining balance of term in full within 30 days of cancellation, C) reimburse HTC any waived charges including, but not limited to, construction and installation charges.
Termination Charge applied to a customer when service is terminated before the expiration of the initial service period, or a charge applied where a basic termination charge is specified.

In the event, as reflected on Schedule I, occupancy of the premises on which its terminal is located is on the basis of lease from public or private authority then cancellation or termination of the lease shall automatically terminate and cancel this Agreement contemporaneously and WESTWAY shall have no liability to CUSTOMER arising out of such termination, nor shall CUSTOMER have any liability to WESTWAY arising therefrom.

Termination Charge. If Customer terminates PRIVATE MOBILE CONNECTION – AT&T VPN Access or otherwise disconnects its PRIVATE MOBILE CONNECTION– AT&T VPN Access connection within six (6) months of the Activation Date for any reason other than a breach by AT&T, in addition to any other charges payable under the Agreement, Customer must pay AT&T a PRIVATE MOBILE CONNECTION – AT&T VPN Access early termination charge equal to $1,000.

The termination charge equals the total of the sum of any surrender charge, any charge for premium taxes, and any annual per policy administrative charges incurred but not yet deducted, as defined in the applicable contracts included in Schedule II, which would be imposed at contract termination.
