Termination Charge. In the event of a termination of Mission Services for a Payload by Astrotech pursuant to Section 12.2.1, LMCLS shall not be required to pay Astrotech any termination charge. In the event of a termination pursuant to Section 12.2.2, the termination charge shall be computed in accordance with Section 12.1. 1.1.
