Common use of Termination - Commitment Violation Clause in Contracts

Termination - Commitment Violation. If Developer is in breach of any of its other Developer Obligations, then the City may provide Developer with written notice thereof. If, within twenty (20) business days after receipt of the notice, Developer fails to commence performance to the reasonable satisfaction of the City, then the City may terminate the waiver of the City’s Fees upon written notice delivered to the Developer of same unless and until such time as the Developer comes into compliance with such Developer Obligations.
