TERMINATION DISBURSEMENT DATE. You may, in conjunction with the a termination of the Agreement, direct the Distribution of amounts allocated to the Separate Account to You or an institution or account You designate. Subject to the exceptions described in Section 3.3, We will usually pay the entire balance allocated to the Separate Account within seven Business Days after receipt of a Good Order request for a Distribution upon termination of the Agreement.
