Common use of Termination; Disbursement of Funds Clause in Contracts

Termination; Disbursement of Funds. 7.1 This Master Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and terminate on the earlier of (i) the twentieth (20th) anniversary of the date hereof, (ii) the giving of written notice by either Party to the other Party that such Party wishes to terminate his Master Agreement (“Termination Notice”), or (iii) the deemed election to terminate pursuant to Section 6.3 of this Master Agreement. Any Termination Notice shall: (A) specify the effective date of the termination, if earlier than the end of the then-current fiscal year; (B) be given not less than forty-five (45) business days prior to the end of the then- current fiscal year.
