TERMINATION DUE TO CHANGE IN FUNDING. If the funds HCA relied upon to establish this Contract are withdrawn, reduced or limited, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, HCA may immediately terminate or unilaterally amend this Contract by providing written notice to the Contractor. The termination shall be effective on the date specified in the termination notice.

TERMINATION DUE TO CHANGE IN FUNDING. If In the funds HCA relied upon to establish this Contract are event funding from any state, federal, or other sources is withdrawn, reduced or limitedsubstantially reduced, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such fundinglimited in any way after the effective date of this Agreement and prior to the termination date, HCA may immediately terminate or unilaterally amend this Contract by providing Agreement upon sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to Contractor or upon the Contractoreffective date of withdrawn or reduced funding, whichever occurs earlier. The termination If this Agreement is so terminated, HCA shall be liable only for payment in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for services rendered prior to the effective on the date specified in the termination noticeof termination.

TERMINATION DUE TO CHANGE IN FUNDING. 54.1.1 If the funds that HCA relied upon to establish this Contract any agreement are withdrawn, reduced reduced, or limited, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, and such changes materially affect the ability of HCA to provide funds or to perform under the agreement, HCA will notify and consult with the contractor as soon as practical and, as a last resort, may immediately terminate or unilaterally amend this Contract agreement by providing at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice to the Contractor. The termination shall be effective on the date specified in the termination notice.
