TERMINATION DUE TO CHANGE IN FUNDING. If the funds OFM relied upon to establish this Contract are withdrawn or reduced, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, OFM may immediately terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the Contractor. The termination shall be effective on the date specified in the notice of termination.
