The State Entity shall have the right to terminate this Contract without penalty by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Contractor as a result of any of the following: (i) The State Entity’s authorization to operate is withdrawn or there is a material alteration in the programs administered by the State Entity; and/or (ii) The State Entity’s duties are substantially modified.
