Common use of Termination Due to Change of Law Clause in Contracts

Termination Due to Change of Law. The District shall have the right to terminate this Contract without penalty by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Contractor as a result of any of the following: (i) The District’s authorization to operate is withdrawn or there is a material alteration in the programs administered by the District; and/or (ii) The District’s duties are substantially modified.
