Termination due to the Decertification of the Agreement as a Qualified Health Plan. If this Agreement is Decertified as a Qualified Health Plan, the date of termination of this Agreement shall be the date established by the Exchange after written notice has been provided to the Subscriber and the Subscriber has been afforded an opportunity to enroll in other coverage.
