Termination During an Imminent Control Change Period: Continuation of Welfare Benefits. The Company shall continue to provide to Executive and Executive’s family welfare benefits (other than any severance pay that may be considered a welfare benefit) during the Imminent Change Period which are at least as favorable as welfare benefits under the most favorable Welfare Plans of the Company applicable with respect to peer executives who are actively employed after the Termination Date and their families; subject to the following:
