Common use of Termination during Maintenance Period Clause in Contracts

Termination during Maintenance Period. If the Contract is terminated before the completion of the Term during the Maintenance Period for any reason whatsoever including due to Force Majeure; the Contractor shall continue to carry out its Maintenance Service in terms of the Maintenance Manual and in accordance this Contract including technical personnel responsible for the maintenance for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of such termination. During the three-month notice time the Authority will be responsible for finding a suitable replacement for the Contractor to carry out the operation and maintenance.

During the three-three month notice time the Authority will be responsible for finding a suitable replacement for the Contractor to carry out the operation and maintenance.
