Termination Following Company’s Inability to Obtain Permits. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 11B.1(f) as a result of the Company’s inability to obtain a necessary Government Authorisation, the GOB shall pay the Company the compensation amount set forth in Row II of the Compensation Table in Schedule 2. Upon payment of such compensation amount, the Company shall transfer the Facility to GOB.
