Termination for Bankruptcy; Receivership. This Agreement shall terminate if a Party applies for or consents to the appointment of a receiver, trustee or liquidator of such Party or of all or a substantial part of its assets, files a voluntary petition in bankruptcy, makes a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, files a petition or an answer seeking reorganization or arrangements with creditors or to take advantage of any insolvency law, or if an order, judgment or decree shall be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction, on the application of a creditor, adjudicating such party bankrupt or insolvent, and such order, judgment or decree shall be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction, on the application of a creditor, adjudicating such Party bankrupt or insolvent, and such order, judgment or decree shall continue unstayed and in effect for any period of ninety (90) consecutive days.
