TERMINATION FOR CAUSE BY EMPLOYER OR WITHOUT GOOD REASON BY EXECUTIVE. If the Employment Period is terminated by Employer for Cause or by Executive without Good Reason, the Non-Compete Period shall be one year from the effective date of termination.
