Non-Compete Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Non-Compete Period" shall have the following meanings:
Non-Compete Period. The non-competition period for each Executive shall be for so long as the Executive is employed by the Company and continuing for two (2) years (for the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and for members of the Operations Group) and one (1) year (for members of the Management Group) after the termination of such employment.
Non-Compete Period. The non-competition provisions of this Agreement, Section 5.2, shall specifically prohibit Employee’s activities from the Effective Date through that date one year from the date this agreement is terminated.
Non-Compete Period. For the purposes of this Employment Agreement, the term "Non-Compete Period" shall mean the Term, and if Executive's employment is terminated by Company for "cause", by Executive without "good reason", or so long as Company pays Executive the termination benefit specified in paragraph 5(e)(ii) above, an additional period of one (1) year from and after the date of termination.
Non-Compete Period. (a) If the Executive’s employment is terminated during the one year period following a Change in Control, the Executive agrees that during the one-year period following such termination, he will not, and will cause each of his Affiliates not to, for any reason whatsoever, directly or indirectly, either individually or as an owner, partner, officer, director, manager, employee, lender, consultant or adviser or otherwise, engage in any Competitive Business anywhere in the United States of America. The ownership by the Executive of up to 2% of any class of securities of any company which has a class of securities registered under Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, shall not constitute a breach of this covenant.
Non-Compete Period. Non-Compete Period" shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof and continuing until the end of the eighteenth month following the date the Executive's employment is terminated or such shorter period as may be set forth in this Agreement.
Non-Compete Period. Upon termination of Executive’s employment hereunder, the prohibition against Executive engaging in a Competitive Activity shall remain in effect for the following periods (each a “Non-Compete Period”).
Non-Compete Period. The Parties hereby agree that, in accordance with the intent of the Agreement, the “Non-Compete Period” shall be the period during which Party B continues to be a Related Party and a period of two (2) years thereafter. “

Non-Compete Period. Non-Compete Period" means the period beginning on January 1, 2006 and ending at the end of the “Consulting Period.” In the event of any breach of the Agreement by the Company, however, the “Non-Compete Period” shall terminate immediately provided that the Consulting Agreement is also terminated.
