Termination for Cause, Death, Disability, or Resignation. In the event that the employment of Executive is terminated for Cause, or is terminated as a result of death, Disability, or resignation, Executive will be entitled to receive payment for all accrued but unpaid salary, accrued but unpaid bonus, if any, and vacation accrued as of the date of termination of Executive’s employment. Executive will not be entitled to any cash severance benefits or additional vesting of any stock options or other equity or cash awards.

  • Termination for Cause; Resignation Without Good Reason; Death or Disability (i) The Company may terminate Executive’s employment with the Company at any time for Cause. The provisions of Sections 6(b) and (c) shall apply upon the termination of the Executive’s employment based on Disability. Upon the determination that Executive has suffered a Disability, disability payments hereunder shall commence within thirty (30) days.

  • Termination for Cause; Voluntary Termination If at any time during the Term the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to Section 4.6 or 4.7, the Executive shall be entitled to only the following:

The Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive as a result of termination of employment described in this Section 8(b) except as set forth in Section 12.
